These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of flushcart.shop and any purchase you make from FlushCart ("we", "us"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Products and information
- We try to show products, images, descriptions and prices accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly on different screens.
- The country of origin of each product is mentioned on its product page.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Prices and offers can change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
- An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, an undeliverable address, or if we cannot confirm a Cash on Delivery order. Any amount paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and, where available, online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through secure payment gateways.
- For COD orders, please pay the full order amount to the courier at delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your future orders.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the store, including placing fake orders, attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its working, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to FlushCart or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Third-party services
Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways and courier partners. Their own terms apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our store.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat. We encourage you to contact us or our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
