How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 5–10 days. Remote areas can take up to 12 days.
I wasn't home when the courier came. What now?
The courier usually tries up to 3 times. Keep your phone on, or contact us and we'll arrange another attempt.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it's dispatched. Call or email us with your order number.
