FAQ
Questions? We've got answers.
Is there any extra charge for COD?
No. Cash on Delivery is ₹0 extra. You can also pay by UPI or card.
When will I get it? Before Diwali?
Orders ship in 1–2 days and usually arrive in 5–10 days, so most orders will arrive after Diwali (8 Nov). The Diwali offer price is valid till 16 Nov.
Do I need a separate toilet cleaner?
No. Every head has cleaner built in. For old yellow stains, use an acid cleaner once first.
Will the wall holder stay up?
Yes, on smooth tiles. Clean and dry the tile, press firmly for 30 seconds and wait 24 hours before use. It doesn't stick well on painted or rough walls.
Will the head come off while cleaning?
Push until you hear the click. A locked head stays on while you scrub. Press the button only when you want to release it.
How many heads come in a kit?
Every kit has 10 cleaning heads. The 2-kit pack gets 10 extra refills FREE.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video. We'll replace it or refund you.
